Hi,

Service – Always very helpful, nothing seems too much trouble. When we’ve asked for a particular item which they don’t stock, they will source the item or come up with another option, great personal service ( which is a great asset in this day and age ).

Delivery – Always prompt, 99% of the time it’s next day , which is great for our company .

Staff – Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

It’s been a pleasure using EMC and made my job slightly easier.

Cannot be faulted – our proximity to EMC means there is a quick response for urgent items and standard orders are generally delivered the same day.
Stock is well presented and identified
